Best place for private team lunch/dinner!
Our team recently participated in a DC tournament (Dulles, VA area). Once our schedule was known, we called several places in hopes of finding a place to hold 40-50 people for a saturday night team dinner. After a few no-go’s, we were thrilled to get in touch with Lost Rhino…more specifically – Stephanie (Private Events Coordinator). She was outstanding and was able to handle all of our needs. She confirmed the room was available and large enough to comfortably handle our group (actually can hold up to 100 people). They have a simple menu with some common brewery fare like the giant pretzel but also had special items like the pull pork tacos which were a crowd favorite. Additionally she told us about the game room (around 10 pinball machines, Nintendo system and a few other games) which is kind of a buffer between the party room and the main brewery hall. This was a great outlet for the kids to hang while the adults got to enjoy their food and relax with a drink. We had dedicated staff and bartender serving beer, cider and wine. It was great that they created separate tabs from the beginning…no splitting checks or waiting on a server at the end of the night. When you were ready to leave, you simply paid your tab with the bartender and were on your way.

Bottom Line: If you find yourself attending one of the many hockey tournaments in DC (Dulles area). This is an excellent option for a team meal. It’s located off the beaten path in an industrial park but very close to the numerous hotels located in the Sterling/Dulles area. Call early and Stephanie will take care of everything else.
